1) Work with a sales rep who can help you select the best furniture for you and your budget
2) When placing an order online, please add all desired items to your cart and click checkout button
3) Enter your customer information and click continue button
4) Choose a shipping method
5) Deposit Required will be the default payment method. No payment information will be collected.
6) Click on place order button. You are finished! An order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided.
7) A sales rep will be assigned to you who will then check to make sure your desired items are in stock and will contact you as soon as possible to go over payment & delivery details. Please note, we specialize in fast delivery so most items can be delivered same or next day (Mon-Fri) depending on payment requirements. You may also select a specific delivery day of your choice. Please note, due to the high volume of orders we do not allow specific delivery times or time frames. All deliveries are done according to location so that we can get to everyone as quickly as possible. If you must have a specific delivery time or time frame, there will be a $25 surcharge for this service.
8) Set up payment:
All items require a deposit. Small deposits can be done via card over the phone. Any deposits over $100 must be made in cash, please ask your sales rep for details.
Any B-items require a minimum 1/2 payment prior to setting up delivery. If the deposit for any B-item is over $100, it must be paid in cash, please ask your sales rep for details.
Any remaining balance is due in cash at the time of delivery. Only cash is accepted for remaining balances. No credit cards, gift cards, money orders, or checks
9) Your sales rep will contact you the morning of the delivery to confirm your order
10) Driver(s) will call when approximately 30-45 mins away
11) Driver(s) arrive, customer pays any remaining balance owed & signs the warranty form
