• All sales final – No returns! No cash refunds! Exchanges only! No exceptions!

  • Deliveries are according to location -- $25 surcharge for specific delivery times or time frames

  • Help keep our pricing very low by having someone home to help the driver(s) unload – If you do not help or have someone there to help, the driver has the authority to deliver curbside

  • Any remaining balance due at the time of delivery is cash only – No exceptions!

  • Driver does not assemble, set-up, haul away packaging, move or remove old furniture

  • 20 minute maximum wait time – If customer is more than 20 minutes late for delivery, there will be a $50 surcharge to reroute the driver to your location a 2nd time and it is not guaranteed this will be done in the same day!

  • Exchanges made only if a product is damaged and will be for the same item – No color exchanges

  • All deposits or payments are non-refundable and must be used within 30 days

  • Furniture can be held with full payment for a maximum of 7 days

  • Any rescheduling of delivery dates must be made no less than 24 hours from the date of the scheduled delivery – If less than 24 hours any deposits or payments are subject to forfeiture

  • We are not liable for any damages incurred once a product leaves our warehouse – If picking up, it is your responsibility to ensure your load is properly secured!

  • Driver(s) will not wait for inspection of goods as it interferes with the delivery schedule – Any damages upon arrival must be reported to your sales representative (with efficient photo documentation) within 48 hours of delivery
