- Driver does not assemble, set-up, haul away packaging, move or remove old furniture (PLEASE NOTE: If you have furniture that you need removed please consider visiting http://donationtown.org/).

20 minute maximum wait time – If customer is more than 20 minutes late for delivery, there will be a $50 surcharge to reroute the driver to your location a 2nd time and it is not guaranteed this will be done in the same day!

Exchanges made only if a product is damaged and will be for the same item – No color or model exchanges. You must save your boxes. If you do not have the original boxes/packaging for your damaged item the manufacturer WILL NOT exchange regardless of the circumstance.

All deposits and/or payments are non-refundable and must be used within 30 days

Furniture can be held with full payment for a maximum of 7 days

Any rescheduling of delivery dates must be made no less than 24 hours from the date of the scheduled delivery – If less than 24 hours any deposits or payments are subject to forfeiture

We are not liable for any damages incurred once a product leaves our warehouse – If picking up, it is your responsibility to ensure your load is properly secured!
- Driver(s) will not wait for inspection of goods as it interferes with the delivery schedule – Any damages upon arrival must be reported to the parts department via time-stamped email to: Claims@deal-decor.com (with efficient photo documentation & the customer phone # used when the order was placed) within 48 hours of delivery.
